Whether it be illness, injury or aging, our bodies change over the course of our life. But sometimes it is hard to be welcoming of a change, especially if we didn’t ask for it. While it is difficult, accepting and adapting to the change will take you a lot further than fighting or denying will.

This Life Kit episode, Fitness as Your Body Fluctuates, goes into how to adjust to change so you can get back to moving in whatever way that looks like for you.
